Our bird's nest bottle can be used for high-temperature steaming and can meet customer requirements by withstanding 121°C high temperatures for 30 minutes without breaking.
Firstly, from the initial glass composition, our formula ensures that our bird's nest bottle has good transparency while also enhancing its impact resistance. Newray's glass bottles are strictly controlled in terms of raw material selection from the very beginning, choosing materials with a more stable thermal expansion coefficient, so that the bird's nest bottle remains more stable in high-temperature environments. This reduces thermal stress caused by temperature fluctuations, thereby lowering the risk of breakage.
Secondly, Newray has a team of professional designers, with an average of more than 5 years of experience in glass bottle industrial design. The most senior sales director, Mr. Chen Gaolun, has been engaged in glass design for 35 years. The designers, from the very first design of the glass bottle, enhanced its high-temperature resistance by appropriately increasing the thickness of the bottle wall, especially at the base and mouth. A thicker bottle wall can better resist stress caused by temperature changes. A reasonable design can fundamentally address the high-temperature requirements of the glass bottle.
Lastly, after the glass bottle is formed, it undergoes appropriate annealing treatment, where the temperature is reduced from 1600°C to room temperature. After 1.5 hours of annealing, the internal stress of the glass bottle is reduced, thus improving its high-temperature resistance.
Firstly, the glass is clear, it allows consumers to see the condition of the bird's nest inside the glass bottle, making it easier to assess its quality and freshness.
Secondly, glass is a perfect material for packaging, it is not costly, the most importantly the glass bottle can be used for high-temperature steaming, achieving sterilization and disinfection effects. It is odorless and free from lead, cadmium, and other heavy metals. In contrast, plastic bottles cannot be used for high-temperature steaming and may emit odors.
Thirdly, the glass bottle is paired with the latest PT lid design (similar to Starbucks lids), featuring an internal semi-drop rubber ring and high-temperature formed threaded side seals, which can maximize the preservation of the freshness and flavor of ready-to-eat bird's nest.

To lower the cost of packaging bottles, here are a few strategies you can consider:
Raw Material Selection: If you're currently using super flint glass bottles, switching to high-white glass bottles can significantly reduce costs. High-white glass offers a lower price point while still maintaining good transparency and quality.
Weight Reduction: If you don't want to compromise on the bottle's material or brand positioning, you could consider reducing the bottle's weight by optimizing the thickness of the bottle walls. By eliminating unnecessary thickness in areas like the body or mouth of the bottle, Newray can help to lower the cost without affecting strength. Newray's designers can help redesign the bottle based on your samples or drawings, ensuring that the bottle is as light as possible while maintaining its quality and durability. Lightweight bottles are often a technical challenge many factories cannot meet. We currently help our Indian customer to reduce their 120g glass spice jar to 100g, which means their cost for products is reduced at least 10%.
Packaging Method: Instead of using carton packaging, consider pallet packaging. Pallet packaging is not only cheaper but also more efficient. It can be automated, reducing labor costs. Once packaged on pallets, the bottles become more secure and less prone to damage. Additionally, pallet packaging allows for higher-density loading in shipping containers, reducing transportation costs.
